
Mr. Prescott is a founding Partner of Cyberistics, a company focused on implementing advanced high technologies applications and support mechanisms for critical mission challenges.
Prior to Cyberistics, Mr. Prescott served as Group Vice President for Oracle Corporation's DoD and Intelligence business from 1997 to 2023. Mr. Prescott's organization focused on a variety of technologies and solutions supporting our nation's most complex challenges.
Mr. Prescott began his career at the National Security Agency (NSA) as a computer scientist in 1984, working on current and future network platforms while supporting efforts on the first secure (A1 and B1) operating systems. In 1986, Mr. Prescott joined Wang Laboratories as a Senior Principal managing Telecommunications and Networking for the federal sector at Bethesda, Maryland. In 1989, Mr. Prescott moved to the newly-formed MCI Government group to manage their Intelligence program. He also served as MCI’s Capture and Implementation lead supporting the Internet transformation from a college-based consortium to a commercial-based holding. From 1995 to 1997 Mr. Prescott was Senior Director at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) serving National Interest.
Mr. Prescott holds an M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Computer Science with minors in Mathematics and Information Systems from Appalachian State University. He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronic Association and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance. He resides in Ashburn, Virginia, with his wife Kelly, a Senior Contracts Manager and their three children.
